Email notification is not triggering

Hi All,

 

We have enabled these below in email properties still . email is not going to the customer

I am expecting this instance is a sub prod instance.

You need to add the email in the second field to trigger emails.

Adding the email in the field will trigger every email to the customer.

 

We generally trigger email to our test email box and send a screenshot of it to the customer to check
