Email notification triggering twice

Hey all,

We've a notification that is intermittently triggering twice to the end user. The notification is defined to be triggered when the work note is added. 'Send to creator' is not selected.

Any hint towards the root-cause?

Hi,

Is this happening only for that user?

1) Did you check the email is getting twice because of the update happening 2 times

a) Right Click on Record Header then goto the History and check updates logs at same time with same state.

2) please check any BR has current.update()

3) please verify the notification conditions

All of these conditions looks good. 

If current.update() not there what to do ?Do we need to add this ?

Is it the same notification trigerring twice or different. Also what's the time gap between two notifications.
