I have an knowledge email notification set up and it uses the description variable to show the end user what the feedback says. The description field is the only field that does not want to change font and size from the default. I want the entire notification to be verdana size 12 but the description field is verdana size 8.
I have tried to change the default value in the description field on the kb_knowledge table but that doesn't work.
The only way the field displays correctly is if I change the font and size in the feedback task and trigger the email notification which isn't ideal.
I have also created an email script to try that angle and it still it's cooperating.
