I have set up my email account successfully on my PDI. Tested connection and it is working fine. But when I to send email to PDI for my inbound action, gmail says address not found. I have checked email properties. I cant seem to figure this out.

Yes, inbound email is creating incident through a custom inbound email flow in my PDI [Check attached screen shot for latest execution]. Few things I have done for this inbound email set-up are->
1. I have created a dedicated gmail id just for SNOW notifications.
2. In email properties, I have put that gmail id at this place->
Send all email to this test email address (non-production testing)
3. Not relevant, but I have used the same gmail id in my admin profile also.
4. There is an inbound email action called 'Create incidents' [Action type= record action] in sysevent_in_email_action table. If you are experimenting for incident creation like my process, disable this one to avoid conflicts.
5. Check the PDF attachment for some additional set-up I have done in PDI. [--Updated---]
Reason of using a dedicated gmail id-> The gmail account is full of emails triggered by SNOW pdi. I don't need to worry for cleaning or reviewing until and unless I need to check something explicitly 🙂
