Email recommendation is not working for some of HR sub cases

Anyone who knows why Now assists email recommendation is working for hr cases and couple of its sub cases like talent management and total rewards but not working for employee relation cases and hr tasks?

Hi @Apaul,

 

you shall go to Now Assist, locate that AI skill and check the trigger conditions and eventually roles or other requirements.

 

If nothing can be found, then raise a case from Support Portal to get help from ServiceNow.
