Email Sending is Non-Operational and Email Receiving is Non-Operational

Hi Team

How to enable this two "Email Sending is Non-Operational and Email Receiving is Non-Operational". because of this issue im not able to Send or Receive the Emails, so can any one help me to resolve this issue

I have validated the account but still its showing the same error.

This part only showing this green color
