Email Sending is Non-Operational and Email Receiving is Non-Operational

Hi Team

How to enable this two "Email Sending is Non-Operational and Email Receiving is Non-Operational". because of this issue im not able to Send or Receive the Emails, so can any one help me to resolve this issue

As I mentioned issue is resolved...



I'm able to receive e-mails from outside(gmail) to my servicenow instance but when I'm creating new incident or change that time email is not triggered ...


Can you please help me to resolve this issue
