Email sent is not showing under Activity when triggered via Flow Designer

How are you sending the emails? Through 'send notification' or through 'send email', because notifications are added to the record from the sys_email table (you select the record in the flow). Emails aren't linked to the record, but originate from the flow, so they are sent, but not linked.

I’m using the Fire Event action in Flow Designer. The event triggers the email notification successfully, but the email still does not show in the Activity log on the record.

Emails show up on the activity stream where the Target (instance) field on Emails [sys_email] is referring that record. Check you are passing a valid gliderecord from the correct table to the event action.
