Email sent is not showing under Activity when triggered via Flow Designer

I’m using the Fire Event action in Flow Designer. The event triggers the email notification successfully, but the email still does not showing in the activity log on the record.

are you sure the event associated table is the same where you are checking the activity stream?

you will see only those emails sent/received which are on that record and not on other one
