Email shown in additional comments is HTML code

Hello!

We have a third party that occasionally sends emails to SNOW to open an Incident ticket.

The email is shown in the additional comments area but is shown as  a very long HTML code and impossible to read.

Any advice how to fix this and show the email content in the additional comments but in a readable format?

Hi,

You need to remove html tags for it. Refer thread that has solution that uses regex.
