Email template does not take body message

Dear all,

I have define an email notification where the content is refer from an email template:

The email template is define as follow :

Type : Body
Subject : filled with text
Message : filed with text

When I send the email, I can see in Email log that email gets send and if I click on preview email, the subject is filled up correctly but Body is empty.

Remarque : If I overide the body by filling up the HTML message area in the email and press Preview, then I can see the body message

Why I cannot see in preview the body part of my email template ?

In what case your link cover my request as I am not using email script notification for now.

I have just define a template with a subject and message, but when using it the email bofdy is empty but subject is filled correctly from template.

Any idea why body is emty?
