Email template does not take body message

Dear all,

I have define an email notification where the content is refer from an email template:

The email template is define as follow :

Type : Body
Subject : filled with text
Message : filed with text

When I send the email, I can see in Email log that email gets send and if I click on preview email, the subject is filled up correctly but Body is empty.

Remarque : If I overide the body by filling up the HTML message area in the email and press Preview, then I can see the body message

Why I cannot see in preview the body part of my email template ?

Any idea?

Hi Wakespirit,

Did you select those fields from the right side fields column? Because the fields that you mention there seem to be related to the incident but the table that you have selected s different. Kindly recheck once.

The table is correct, it is our own Actiivty table which inherit from TASk

What is that type field doing? I don't have that on my form...?

The type field is present from older version of London patch I guess because i do not have it either on my London dev instance

Type field is simply specifying either, Non, Heaser, footer, body
