Hi Team ,
can anyone please help me with role .
User came up with request , he want's create 'email template' , so which role I have to provide .
and after giving the proper role , how do i test with the user in lower instance .

@nameisnani , Think Before giving Admin Access because they Get entire Platform Access , if he is developer already that would be good but providing for end user might Make issue as they can touch anything

Hello @nameisnani
You need to provide "admin" role to create email templates. you can verify access by impersonating user account. you can refer below mentioned document.

Hi @nameisnani ,
Go for this :
By default the 'Template' module is accessable only to 'admin role', you cannot give admin role to user who just need to create tempaltes.
Best is to provde the role lets say 'Itil admin ' or other role to the 'template module' itself...
Add additional low access role here to provide access to this module...

You will need Admin role to create the email template. But don't grant admin role to your client/user until it is mandatory as they will get access for other modules.
