Hi

some fields are mandatory those fields are not having value dynamically those fields should be in the email template. can we achieve this functionality?

email template can show data from fields you configure.

if they don't have data, they won't be shown in email template

what's your exact requirement and share screenshots

if fields not having data they should be in the email tample. This is my requirement

you can configure fields in email template and once you include them, the data for it will be shown in compose email html

For ex: incident state is changing to/ is in on hold then I made on hold reason ,resolution notes, short description mandatory. so now in service operations workspace we're having email section so incident state is in on hold only there is data in resolution notes but data is not their in short description and on hold reason then template should on the body such that short description and on hold reason are missing please provide the details. if incident is in on hold then only short description is having data but data is missing for resolution notes and on hold reason now in the body it should show resolution notes and on hold reason are missing please provide the data for those fields
