Email type received-ignored

Hi All,

I have question with regards to an email with a request type that was set into received-ignored? What's the possible reason  of it? Can you please explain it to me?

Hi @sailor_moon ,

Plz navigate to email logs (System logs --> Emails) n open that email record which is received ignored state. Scroll down to the bottom of it u should be able to see logs in related list there explanation will be provided as to y it was ignored.
