Are you talking about PDI?

If yes, then emails are restricted due to security iisue.

1.) How to send emails to another dev instance...

Atul: You can do via notification or via Flow. What is your use case.

2.) How to send email to another user within in the same instance..

Atul: Again, in notification you will get Who will receive , and add email or field option.

Hi @Basina Akash,

Sending emails between instances are restricted by ServiceNow due to security issues. If you want to send emails from PDI to gmail, there is a workaround for it. Please refer the below link for it:

As for 2nd question, you can use Email Notifications/Flow designer to configure it. You can send to specific users/groups from who to send, can populate what to send and can configure when to send.
