Embed a survey within an email

Hi, 

We have a requirement to embed a interactive survey within an email. The email SMTP account is AWS. 

I have come across solutions to embed surveys for microsoft emails using outlook-actionable, however applying the same method for AWS throws an error saying that the survey cannot be rendered. Is there a way to do this for AWS email account within servicenow?

As far as I know, it only works for outlook. I could be wrong, but I can't find anything about it working with AWS.
