Emerging modules in ServiceNow

Hi Everyone,

  • Am working in Product based company since 3 years, doing the project only on ITSM and CSM.

But I want growth in my career,

Could you please suggest me what are the modules I should learn to get growth in my career.

And suggest where to learn.

I know this is not the correct platform to ask but, I feel this community is like a sea where all expertise come to help/suggest/support.

Thanks

@sainath3

it all depends on customer's requirement.

There is no single module which you should focus on, instead focus on learning generic stuff

You can explore on ATF, Integrations etc, Virtual Agent, Portals, Workspace etc

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @sainath3

ServiceNow is growing rapidly, and it's tough to say which module will be in the highest demand in 2025.
If you ask me, there's a growing interest in Now Assist / GenAI and general AI features. However, since these are relatively new and not fully available in PDIs yet, the demand can vary by region.

It’s a good idea to check local job descriptions to see which modules are trending in your area. Based on my experience, SecOps, ITAM, and GRC are currently in demand and worth considering.
