Employee Center 'Cancel request'

Hi everyone,

 

We recently started working with the Employee Center, and would like to know if anyone can help us with this question. Users are able to cancel their requests with the 'Cancel Request' button in the Employee Center. Currently they can do this at any stage of the request, but we would like to change this so that they can only cancel their request if the state is 'Ready'. But where can we configure that button?
