Employee Center Icon Alignment to Left Help

We have our Employee Center up and they are complaining of the spacing on the Icon Link Buttons. Is there a better way to Center or Align these? Even maybe to the left or something.

Maybe it's an image place holder which you are not using? Have tried using the browser inspector to see the HTML / CSS involved?

Maybe I can also reproduce. Can you share some details of how you set this up?

Nothing special for this It's in one container an option of 3 icons and 2 icons. Then updated the title inside the Icon Link. I tried to even split it in 2 containers still did the same thing.
