Employee Center To-Do filters are not visible on Employee Center portal

Hello Team,

 

I need your help with the Employee Center filters. I activated the "To-dos" category and filter conditions, but the filter still isn't visible on the Employee Portal. Could you suggest where I should update the filter?

Hi,

Navigate to System Applications -> Application restricted caller access

Allow the records in invalidated/requested state.

You Need to Update the "Available for" column on the To-do Filter (sn_hr_sp_todo_filter).
If this field is empty then the filter wont be available.

ServiceNow docs must have mentioned this clearly,unfortunately it didn't
