I am checking OOTB security behaviors on ER application how we can use this application in our scenario.

Our scenario is that during investigation around issue ER agent request something or report something to other department such as security, compliance, HRBP or manager of subjects.

 

I found two fields which seems to be used on the case. Watch List and Collaborators.

I can add any users in watchlist but they are not able to see Related lists such as allegations and interviews.

For collaborators fields I can add only users with ER case roles.

 

My question is

1. How can I share the information including Related List with Non-ER Agent for the case they are allowed to access?
2. What is the use case of Collaborators field? ER agent already has access ER cases without restriction. What can I use collaborators field for?
