Empty Assignment group created without mandatory data

Hi All,

We are having a list of assignment group created without any mandatory fields like Name, group type, group email etc. The created by and Created date are available, but the user is unknown about this group creation.

Any insight to this issue may help us to troubleshoot this scenario.

I had a similar experience recently - discovered that on a transform map loading a table with a reference field to the group table, some records had a blank value for the group [which was acceptable to our use case, not all of the incoming fields had a reference to a group] but the issue was the transform map used the choice action of Create instead of Ignore ..

ended up creating a "blank" new group record for every field ..

Had to track the create time and compare against running jobs [scheduled jobs, inputs, system logs, etc..] to identify what was running at the time of these creates to track down the specific source.
