Enable Dark mode/custom Themes for the Service Portal

I was wondering if there is a way to configure theme and dark mode in Service Portal I have configured this for next experience portal for our resolvers.

We have end users that requested the white screen really hurts their eyes and would prefer dark mode but I cannot find a forum who has achieved this. Can this be done?
