I want to enable the Delete UI action button for a specific user for my custom table which extends from the task table. When I tried checking the UI action button in the task table and tried adding the user role here I don't see the user able to view the Delete button. Is there anything I'm missing?

create your own table.None DELETE ACL and check in advanced script if logged in user matches your user
This will override the Parent (task) level DELETE ACL
If yes then DELETE will be seen
answer = gs.getUserID() == 'yourUserSysId';

Hi @krishnanara ,
Use the OOB "Delete" button for this.
Could you confirm if you're able to see and use the "Delete" button?
If yes, then this is due to an ACL restriction. You may need to either update the ACL or assign the appropriate role to the user to grant delete permissions.
Thanks,
Anand
