Enable "Virtual Agent" plug-in in personal instance

Hi All,

Am trying to enable the Virtual Agent plugin (com.glide.cs.chatbot) in my personal instance and it is recently upgraded to London version. When I gone through the product docs it states that it must be activated by Service Now personnel. Can someone clarify how we can install this plug-in our personal instance.

The plugin is now available for you to activate via a self-service view.

Hi Pradeep,

i have activated "Glide Virtual Agent" plugin for my PDI but com.glide.cs.chatbot is still not listed in my plugins

Are there any prerequisites?

It is not found under plugins but it should be available in 'Collaboration Menu'.

The plugin can now be activated from your Manage Instance > Actions > Activate Plugins self-service view.
