Enabling catalog items in VA

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement in Virtual Agent as below:

Example: I have 15 access catalog items and if I search for Access in Virtual agent chat bot, I need all the 15 catalog items to be displayed in Virtual Agent. Is there a way to do it?
