End User View

I have created one view 'ABC' and customize my catalog form accordingly. I would like end users to see the form in ABC view only. Any suggestion would really help.

Hi Vipul,

In case you need to show the sc_cat_item form view, try using View Rules.

In case yu are talking about the catalog item view, views OR view rules cannot be used. In case you need to show/hide certain fields, you would have to write an onLoad Catalog clien script. You can check the user role and hide/display accordigly.

I have created this view rule but it is not working for the end user having roles defined in the if condition.

This is the default view. I want to achieve as shown in the below image.

There are few more customized variables below the description field
