End user when searching on gloabl serach with short decription no result is coming

End user when searching on gloabl search with short decription no result is coming.The number works but user were not able to search by description or name now.

Hello @shashanksha ,

I tried in my pdi so for short description it was working fine :

But for my custom field Monitor model it was not working, so for that :

1) Added Text search weight attribute in dictionary entry

2) Then Regenerate Text Index by navigating System Definition > Text Indexes (for INC table) :

So as a result now searchable using the custom field also :

ask that user to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again and then try
