Hi Snow Team,

Use case: i want to install the Microsoft Teams app in my PDI , under Messaging Apps Integration.

Breief: Create incidents from Teams App in ServiceNow using Now Virtual Agent

When i click on install i am receiving the pop- up as below,

After clicking, I am redirecting to a blank page instead of authentication page.

Why this is happening? and what is the solution for this please let know? Thank in advance.!

Hello, have you tried another browser to check if you are getting the same behaviour?  Also it maybe worth to try an incognito or private window as I've had this before.  Let me know how you get on.

i tried as per your suggestions, but still the same issue exists,

briefing: 1. Tried from another browser- Failed

               2. Tried from incognito Mode - Failed
