Has anyone integrated the Service Now Knowledge Base with an enterprise search solution? My company is looking at Solr (http://lucene.apache.org/solr/features.html) to fulfill an enterprise search need and want it to pull results from the Service Now KB as well.
Just wondering if anyone had done anything similar.

I do not see any reason you can not do this. From the look of Google's GSA you should just be able to tell it to crawl a url like "http://demo.service-now.com/kb_home.do" or you can use advanced features like connecting to kb database via odbc.
I am not familiar with the solr search engine, but if you would like to try out a free crawler you can try Microsoft search server just to see if you get back what you want.

This is now like 5 years old, but I'm wondering if you actually ended up using Solr?

I have the same requirement. We are considering either ElasticSearch or Solr.
