Hello All,
I'm working on Microsoft Entra ID integration. Whenever new group is created in Entra, I see the group appear in the ServiceNow group list . Pull in group membership as well .
I'm able to create groups from Entra to SNOW intance using spokes but not able to Pull in group membership.

Can you share what you have tried so far. Also can you also share what issues you are facing at the moment.

 

Looking at the documentation, looks like this is supported OOTB as part of the Entra spoke itself.

 

Action Name to be used within the Spoke: Look up Group Membership Stream by Directory

The groups are getting created in SNOW but as you can see in above images step 5 & 6 is showing as not run , because of that I am not able to fetch group ID from ENTRA.
