Error 403 integrating Gitlab Spoke

Integrating the GitLab spoke for Service NOW and the service account we are using is "owner" and has API and Admin Mode scopes in gitlab oauth application configuration.  I can pull info fine via Service NOW and populated two custom tables with Users and projects, I can even remove members from projects and groups; however, when I try to add anyone to a group or project, or try creating a project I get a:

Method failed: (/api/v4/projects/xxxxxxxx/members) with code: 403 - Forbidden username/password combo

Does anyone know off hand what I am missing in terms of permissions or configuration?

Hi @jcdunn

in my project , though I have not faced this issue,  yet you can check this KB ( using  “User-Agent” field in the Header ) ,  some community member has fixed the issue.

Also check Mid server is up and running fine and no proxy configured

Also check  scope , permission has properly given to integration Service Account.
