Hi Everyone,
I am fairly new to ServiceNow, i am trying to create a product and place a sample order.
However, i am getting this error after I add the product when i drilldown to the order line items #. also configure is now showing anything when I click.
I am not sure what i missed. But my product seems to be OK.
here is the sample product I created.
Please point me in the right direction how to progress further.
