Error in CSM workspace

Hi,
Im trying to impersonate a user with sn_customerservice_agent role and when i go to CSM Workspace Lists i see this:

- Bookmark
- Subscribe
- Mute
- Subscribe to RSS Feed

Hi @Alon Grod,
You can try clearing cache before impersonating the user.
Edit: You can add 'canvas_user' or 'snc_external' roles to this user as outlined in the other response by Ankur and test.

Hi @Alon Grod
It looks like this is an ACL issue, which is why the user is not able to see it. Make sure the user has the CSM Workspace role and verify their access.
Ensure that users who need to access the objects have the required roles described, which include 'canvas_user' or 'snc_external' for sys_ux_list and sys_ux_my_list, and 'ui_builder_admin' or 'delegated_developer' for sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list.
