You will need to consult Verizon or the user to understand if that phone number is still correct.  ServiceNow is basically using email to SMS gateways meaning some providers like Verizon offer an email address to send a text message.  Now this is very old technology and some carriers, especially outside the US, are scaling that back.  I do recall reading on the community that Verizon was considering charging for this and no longer free.

If you delete this notification device, that error will not longer appear because ServiceNow will no longer send out notifications to this device.

Hi,

Seems some issue with email relaying. Are you using OOB mailbox for sending/receiving mails or a custom one of your organization.

its not the custom,

I am not sure where to find this,  i mean which notification.

If any hint or suggestion will be nice

These come from the Notification Device table where the user has setup to receive email to SMS gateway messages.  You can find out which user this belongs to by:

  • In your filter navigator type in cmn_notif_device.list and hit enter
  • Search where Email Address is 424-399-9999@vtext.com
  • That should point you to the user that has this email notification setup
  • From there you can remove this notification device or contact the user to edit
