Hi team,
Configured a scheduled email report 'Closed Incidents on yesterday' to run daily at a specific time. When we test it by using 'Execute Now',it end up in 'Failed' list of records with 'Ignore' state. And the Error String contains 'Illegal semicolon, not in group'.
Not sure what it represents and where needs to be checked.Any pointers would be much appreciated.
Regards,
Mahesh.

can you share the screen shot which might help in understanding the scenario and analyze?

I could be wrong but it looks like there's a space before the first email address in the recipients line. If there is a space, can you update that email address/notification and try it again?

In fact there is no space.Removed the actual ones and entered test accounts.

I figure you may have found it by now, but if not (or for others who find this same error) Go to System Properties -> Email -> 'Send all mail to this test email address (non-production testing)' [Property Name: glide.email.test.user] and check how you've set the email addresses for routing. It should be comma between email addresses, no spaces, no semi-colons. G'luck.
