Error-The following fields contain invalid text: End Date

Hello All,

We have upgraded the Service Now Instance from Fuji version to Jakarta version and while creating a ticket in this newly upgraded environment, I am getting an error while submitting the ticket as shown below:

After providing every mandatory fields on the form and when i am trying to submit the form. I am getting the above mentioned error.

Note: But the issue is not with the "Fuji" version. Can anyone help with this issue?

Hi,

That error pops up when you enter some invalid date. For eg- 31-02-2017. Please check the entered values in date fields.

For your kind information, this is what I entered.

It is working fine in Fuji version. But, it is showing the same error as mentioned before, in Jakarta Version.

What is the type of the field can you check once.

It should be glidedateTime

Did you select that option from within the calendar select box at the right side of the field or did you enter it manually? If it's a date/time field it's expecting a date and a time so just a date will be an invalid format.
