Error-The following fields contain invalid text: End Date

Hello All,

We have upgraded the Service Now Instance from Fuji version to Jakarta version and while creating a ticket in this newly upgraded environment, I am getting an error while submitting the ticket as shown below:

After providing every mandatory fields on the form and when i am trying to submit the form. I am getting the above mentioned error.

Note: But the issue is not with the "Fuji" version. Can anyone help with this issue?

Change Date format in your profile which should fix the issue.

Thanks for your Reply!

I didn't enter the date manually, i had selected the date from that select box only. And the type of the End Date reference field is "Date" only not "Date/Time".

Note: The same issue had been faced in Helsinki version upgrade from Fuji Version.
