Error when searchin with developer instance: sysparm_search_sources must contain at least one sys_id

I've been using a SNOW dev instance for the last couple of months for demo purposes. The last few weeks I am unable to search for any tickets. Whatever I type into the search bar, I get the following error message:

Bad Request (400) sysparm_search_sources must contain at least one sys_id

I am not able to find any references to this issue online. Any help or suggestion is welcome.

Hello @MicheleD  ,

Are you able to fix this "Bad Request (400) sysparm_search_sources must contain at least one sys_id"?

As we are facing the same, if yes, can you tell me the steps.

I am experiencing the same issue in my production instance. This only appears to be happening when searching in the default view though and not in my SOW view. Did you find a solution?

Go to the sys_properties table, Search for "glide.ui.can_search" and add your role in this comma separated or you can add the base role "text_search_admin" to the user.
