Hi  All,

you will be able to resolve this issue bye just adding only  one scope  :admin ( Only this should be present in scope list at servicenow remove all the other scope.

you can follow below article also which will help you to test this thing using post man first and then following the same steps you will be able to resolve it using ServiceNow.
