Error while looking up user on Active Directory using ServiceNow AD spoke. Anyone encountered this error?

Hi Community,
I am using Flow for Employee offboarding under AD spoke. There are no connection errors as connection to MID server and AD server is successful and Service ID has required permissions.
Lookup User script provided with AD spoke gives following error:
Error:Cannot find an object with identity: 'Doe, John' under: 'DC=lab,DC=local'
Note: This user profile does exist on AD server. I tried multiple active user profiles but returns same error. As mentioned above Service ID used for connection has all the required rights.
Please advise if anyone has solution to fix this issue.

Did u try to create the user with the GUID?

Did you find solution for this. I am getting the same error for "Look up group". Please let me know if you find the solution.
