Errors for Flow designer

Hello all ,
I am facing an error when ever i try to make changes to my flow designer . I recently upgraded to the latest version i.e yokohama . Can anyone of you see the error and suggest if i need to repair the plugins ?

This is happening for this flow only . I did try to user error handler and modified it and then flow got upgraded . Any idea how can i proceed further . thanks .
