I need any tips or leads regarding my issue.
I'm trying to figure out where I can configure and update the "Get support" button.
Referring to a PDI, on the 'esc' portal, 'Get support' is available and can be clicked.
I went to the main menu configuration ('Employee Center Menu') and I see that 'Get support' is one of the Main Items BUT I don't see how I can reconfigure it to make the items in the modal in one column (horizontal).
The outcome would be like this:
