Event log State is stuck on 'Error' state and is not triggering the notification

Hi everyone,
I am building a custom application and have a notification triggered in my workflow when the event is fired. The issue I am facing is that I cannot see the notification in Email Logs. I checked Event Log and am able to see my event triggered but the state 'error'.
If someone can help me troubleshoot that would be appreciated.

Hi Pradeep,
I already have the 'send to event creator' checkbox checked and its still on working And I have both my param1 and param2 blank.

Also, my event log state is 'Error' and not processed. I would really appreciate your help as I am stuck on this issue for longer than I expected.
