Event log State is stuck on 'Error' state and is not triggering the notification

Hi everyone,

I am building a custom application and have a notification triggered in my workflow when the event is fired. The issue I am facing is that I cannot see the notification in Email Logs. I checked Event Log and am able to see my event triggered but the state 'error'.

If someone can help me troubleshoot that would be appreciated.

I already have the 'send to event creator' checkbox checked and its still on working And I have both my param1 and param2 blank.

This is where I like to use the "Preview Notification" button on the notification to help debug. You can pretend to trigger the event and see who will get email and who won't.
