Event log State is stuck on 'Error' state and is not triggering the notification

Hi everyone,

I am building a custom application and have a notification triggered in my workflow when the event is fired. The issue I am facing is that I cannot see the notification in Email Logs. I checked Event Log and am able to see my event triggered but the state 'error'.

If someone can help me troubleshoot that would be appreciated.

What release of ServiceNow are you on Mohammed? This is a fairly recent feature. I don't recall which release it was introduced in, but I can certainly check. For me, it's on the Notification record.



System Notifications> Notifications, open the record, there's the button next to Update.

We are still on Fuji . I don't see it on my Notification Record
