You have to register the event in the Event Registry (sysevent_register).

Hi @SnehalF ,

You've to create event on event registry table. Follow the below link & replace your instance id in place of dev99999:
https://dev99999.service-now.com/sysevent_register.do?sys_id=-1

Hello @SnehalF

You created wrong entry. Just follow below steps:

1) Locate Event registry under All menu header.

VirajHudlikar_0-1738259862086.png

2) It will open list view with predefined filter just remove it you will see all event registered and showing up in notification.

3) Now click on new button enter meaningful name, select table on which it will be working and description so if easy to remember what it is doing and then save the record.
4) Once record is saved you will see that event showing up in notification under event field.
