Hello everyone,

I get this error message every time I log in to the instance for the first time:

I checked restricted and it's still in Allow state:

I don't know why and how to fix it. Please someone help me.

Thank you so much.

Hi @Dinh Nguyen ,

Follow these steps to give cross-scope access to any module:

  1. Navigate to System Application > Application Cross-Scope Access

  2. Click on New to create a new record

  3. In the form, fill in the following data:
    • Target Scope: Select the module (eg: "Enterprise Release Management")
    • Target name: The name of the object being requested (eg: "SysRelatedList")
    • Target type: Select the type of object (eg: "Script Include")
    • Status: Allowed
