Hello everyone,

I get this error message every time I log in to the instance for the first time:

I checked restricted and it's still in Allow state:

I don't know why and how to fix it. Please someone help me.

Thank you so much.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

I can not change scope to "Licensing Engine" because it's a privte scope, so it's not feasible to set source scope to "Licensing Engine". So do you have other solution, please help me.

@Dinh Nguyen

you can select the scope if you are admin

Are you not able to select that as an admin?

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

My account has role "admin" so it's can change the scope, but i can not found the "Licensing Engine" scope to change. May be the "Licensing Engine" is special scope.

@Dinh Nguyen

is that OOB app scope?
