Hello everyone i need to solve a defect about exporting records incidents who doesnt work in portal while the task export works, someone to help?

@lpruit2 @sivasankaris @GlideFather i have this kind of file for incidents 0 while in portal there is 300 records and for tasks i have the 416 records i saw in portal
